 Lost And Found

"Pray without ceasing.” 1 Thessalonians 5:17

At our midweek service we take time to pray for family, friends, co-workers, brothers and sisters in Christ. We pray for the lost and we give thanks for the found. We mention people by name and add them to a printed prayer list the next week. Specific names are generally not listed here. However, the following are some items we typically lift up to our Lord on a weekly bases.

  • Our President, that he might have wise counsel
  • Our Troops, that they may return home safely
  • Our State Government, that they may make Godly decisions
  • Our Local Government, that we might prosper
  • Our Law Enforcement and Fire Fighters, that they might be safe
  • Our School Teachers, that they might teach Godly rather than Worldly values to our children
  • Our Church, that it might glorify and please our Lord
  • Our Neighbors, that we might be a witness unto them
  • Our Paster Search Commitee, that God my lead them to the pastor He has already prepared for us
  • Our Paster and his family, that God might place a hedge of protection around them
